Below are common help topics for using the ApprovalCycle platform. If you can’t find your answer here, feel free to reach out to us.

1. Creating an Account

To use ApprovalCycle, you must register with a valid email address. Follow the Sign-Up link on the login page.

2. Uploading a Document

You can upload a PDF by dragging and dropping or using the upload button.

3. Adding Comments

Select any area of the document to add a note, comment, or markup. Comments can be edited later.

4. Approving / Rejecting

Authorized users can click "Approve" or "Reject" on the document. This is saved with a timestamp.

5. Common Issues

  • PDF won’t upload: Check the file extension and make sure it’s a valid PDF.
  • No notifications: Check your spam folder or contact support.
